Paying your AFC bill starts by finding the location you visited. You’ll then be sent to that center’s secure payment site to complete your payment.
Start with your center
What to expect
- Find your AFC center (search by city or ZIP)
- Open that center’s page and choose Pay Bill
- Complete payment on our secure partner site
- Get your receipt by email
What You’ll Need
When you’re ready to pay, have your information handy. You’ll need the patient’s name exactly as it appears on your statement, along with the account or statement number. Some centers may also ask for the patient’s date of birth. Finally, be sure to have a valid credit or debit card ready.
