Older adults, young children and people with comorbidities or compromised immune systems remain at higher risk of a severe or even deadly infection. This is why it is important to get tested right away if you are feeling sick. How Can I Protect Myself Against COVID-19?

Even if you had the original doses of the vaccine, it is important to keep up with booster shots. The latest boosters will be available beginning in late September or October. You can also help prevent the illness by washing your hands often, avoiding crowded spaces and steering clear of anyone who is sick.
