Job Description

AFC Urgent Care Patchogue is looking for highly-trained and experience caregivers to provide high-quality care for our patients, and work alongside a physician-led team.

Some of the general daily job duties entail:

• Taking Vital Signs
• Documenting Patient Data
• Administering Injections
• Replenishing Inventory Supplies (as needed)
• Assisting in Maintenance of Equipment
• Ensuring Cleanliness of the Office
