What To Expect When You Visit Us

Our overriding goal is to diagnose you promptly, treat your injury and illness quickly with the highest quality and efficiency, and send you on your way without taking up too much of your day. Do you need to be a regular patient to access the services of our walk-in medical clinic? No! Not at all! You can visit us anytime without an appointment. If you are feeling ill or have a non-life-threatening injury, simply come to our urgent care facility during normal business hours. To facilitate your visit and experience with us, please be sure to bring the following:

• Insurance Card – if you do not have insurance, we have affordable self-pay options.
• Photo Identification
• Co-Pay (we accept cash or credit card)

Check-In – When you arrive, you will be asked to complete a short registration form if this is your first time visiting us. Want to save time? Click here to pre-register online ahead of time.

See the Provider– Upon checking in, you will be led to our “triage" room, where one of our wonderful Registered Nurses will assess your medical complaint and may take several medical readings for the provider. You will then be seen by one of our board-certified providers who will treat your injury or illness. He will answer all your questions or have one of the medical assistants find the information for you.

Aftercare– After treatment, you will be prescribed any care supplies and medication available from our onsite pharmacy, or you can have these prescriptions sent to a pharmacy of your choice. You will also receive detailed aftercare instructions to keep you on the path to a full recovery.
