Bring in all required paperwork and our highly-experienced board certified physicians will fill out all required forms after the exam. Our onsite state of the art lab allows us to do many screenings or tests, if required, in a single visit. There is no need to go to a second location for sample collection or testing.

We are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Our extended weekday hours and weekend hours makes it very easy to fit us into your schedule and not the other way around.
