• Pediatric care
• Vaccinations
• X-Rays
• UTIs
• Allergies

Services we offer without the $195 office visit fee include the following:

• DOT Physical - $115
• Sports Physical - $25
• General Physical - $100
• PPD - TB Skin Test - $40
