Where is your urgent care center located?
Our convenient urgent care center is located at 389 Bridgeport Ave, Shelton, CT.
What should I bring at the time of my visit?
While you can never prepare to face a sudden injury, we recommend bringing a photo ID (state or government issued ID or driver’s license) and your insurance card.
How much will my visit cost if I have no health insurance?
There is a range of costs for an office visit depending on the complexity of the medical issue. In addition to the health insurance plans we accept, including CT State health insurances, at our facility, we also offer affordable self-pay options!

Are you a walk-in facility or do I have to make an appointment for my visit?
In addition to your health, one of our main goals is to offer convenience for your busy schedules. You can walk-in during our normal business hours of 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 5pm on weekends, and be seen by a physician every time without a long wait!
Can I come to your urgent care center if I live outside of Shelton, Connecticut?
Absolutely! Our center sees patients from Shelton, Monroe, Trumbull, and Derby, CT.
