Diagnosing & Treating Allergies

This time of year, lots of people are dealing with allergies. It’s a high pollen season and allergies that typically end around this time may extend well into July this year. If you have any symptoms such as running nose, itchy or watery eyes you may be suffering from allergies. If those don’t do the trick there are many other options such as Prednisone pills, steroid sprays and eye drops. A simple home remedy you could try is a Nedi Pot; while not glamorous it can be very effective.
