Food poising can usually be tested with a simple stool test. A Stool test is one of the most effective ways to check for food posing.
If you see food that looks like it not fully cooked then you should reframe from eating it. Undercooked food can carry some bacteria that contains food poisoning. If you see food being prepared on an unsanitary surface this can also lead to food poisoning.
