Find The Location Nearest Covid-19 Testing
We think you’re located in zip code 01907. Not Right?
Thank you for choosing AFC Urgent Care. We offer many different kinds of testing at our facility. There are two major categories of test- lab and point of care (POC).
Lab tests (throat & urine cultures, stool, blood tests, STD, etc) are sent to Quest, our independent 3rd party laboratory provider. We merely collect the sample at our facility.
You may obtain results for Quest tests here: https://www.questdiagnostics.com/patients/test-results
We do NOT call the patient if the result of a lab test is negative- you must obtain them online at Quest's website. Please do not call the facility for these results.
POC tests (rapid antigen, rapid PCR, flu, strep, mono, urinalysis, pregnancy, glucose, etc) are performed and resulted at our location, in most cases while the patient is onsite. POC results must be obtained before leaving the facility.
We offer multiple kinds of COVID-19 tests- both lab and POC.

AFC Urgent Care FAQs
Why does AFC provide two different COVID tests?
We offer a rapid test because they provide highly reliable results on the spot; however, they do produce more false negatives than the RT-PCR COVID-19 Test. Doing both tests is our way of ensuring that you get the most accurate results possible without having to put your life on hold.
How long does it take to get a COVID test?
We're able to get many patients in and out in a matter of minutes, but the length of time you'll spend in our clinic will depend on wait times that day.
How much does it cost to get a COVID test?
That will ultimately depend on your insurance coverage. Presently, many people with insurance are able to get tested at no charge. If you’re uninsured, AFC’s cash pay prices are highly competitive – contact us for the details.
Don't wait to get the medical attention you need.
