Dr. Andrew Le, Medical Director & Lead Physician

Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Le completed his residency at Promedica Health System, in Toledo, OH and has worked at a number of high volume Urgent Care Clinics in and around Toledo.

Licensed in both Washington and Ohio, Dr. Le is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine, American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians and the Urgent Care Association of America. His professional interests include Palliative Care and Antibiotic Resistance.

A native of Seattle, Dr. Le has a passion for travel and has lived in many places including NYC, Chicago and Nevis, British West Indies and speaks fluent Vietnamese.

Aaron Agan, PAC

Aaron has been a Board Certified Physician Assistant since 2007 after successfully attending the University of Washington School Of Medicine. He’s practiced both in Primary Care and Urgent Care and enjoys everything from preventative medicine to trauma.

He’s lived in Washington State his entire life. Married with a son and two daughters, he enjoys fishing, camping, baseball, Seahawks, hiking, outdoors, barbequing, exercising, vacationing in Maui and mostly spending time with his family.

He practices medicine with passion and openness for every patient he cares for. He treats all patients as if they were family. He believes in patient centered care and feels the individual should have input in their health decisions.

Arlene Dorrough – Physician Assistant

Graduate of the UW MEDEX PA Program in 2005. I am an Air Force veteran of Desert Storm and the Noriega conflict. Has been with AFC Urgent Care Southcenter since Nov 2018. I am a certified FCMSA and L&I provider, My hobbies include music: I play the guitar(badly), and sing. I write a lot, I have a movie blog and I am working on several screen plays.

Ifesinachi Oguakwa, MD

Dr. Ifesinachi S Oguakwa, MD, is a part-time medical doctor for AFC Urgent Care Southcenter since May 2015. She attended and graduated from medical school in 1994, having over 26 years of diverse experience, especially in Family Practice.

Linsey Tomaro – Physician Assistant

Linsey Tomaro joined AFC Urgent Care Southcenter Nov 2019. Linsey is originally from Juneau Alaska, Graduated with a BS in Biology from pacific Lutheran University 2014 and earned her Masters Degree Physician Assistant from Heritage University 2017. Linsey has been a Physician Assistant in Arizona and now Seattle WA.
