FRC Sponsored Care at AFC Urgent Care
AFC Urgent Care Santa Clara has proudly partnered with the Santa Clara's Unified School District's Family Resource Center to provide various medical services for students. Depending on the student's family's eligibility, the following services may be able to be fully sponsored by the FRC or received at a discounted rate:
- Sports Physical
- Tdap Vaccination
- TB Test

Who would be eligible for this program?
Please contact the SCUSD's FRC, as they would determine students' eligibility for this program. In general, economically-disadvantaged families and SCUSD students facing financial burdens would be prioritized.
