Caitlyn Slonaker, FNP

Caitlyn Slonaker is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at AFC Urgent Care of Brier Creek. She obtained her Masters of Nurse Practitioner from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Prior to working in the urgent care setting she worked in primary care serving local residents of the Triangle region. Caitlyn strives to provide individualized holistic care through empathy, compassion, and evidence based medicine. When not in clinic caring for patients, she enjoys walks on the greenway with her husband and dog, yoga, and reading a good book.
