Our AFC Urgent Care Urgent Care Center is pleased to announce our appointment by the Mayor of South Plainfield as the official Borough Physician of the Borough of South Plainfield.  Mayor Anesh, with the consent of the municipal council, appointed AFC Urgent Care to serve in this capacity.  As Borough Physician, we will examine all Borough employees for the purpose of ascertaining whether they are physically able to perform the duties of their office or position.  The appointment is effective April 6^th 2015 and runs through the end of the year.
