DOT Physicals in Edison & South Plainfield, NJ

The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires certain commercial drivers to complete a physical exam before a commercial driver’s license may be issued or renewed. At AFC Urgent Care South Plainfield, our team of board-certified physicians and medical professionals are available to perform these DOT Physicals with no appointment necessary. We will provide a comprehensive exam and complete the applicable reports for you.

DOT standards include:

  • At least 20/40 vision
  • Ability to hear a forced whisper at least five feet away
  • Blood pressure no higher than 140/90
  • No use of habit forming drugs
