For American Heart Month, AFC Urgent Care Denver aims to spread awareness about the best ways to reduce heart disease and stroke risk! This February, we’re asking members of our community to share their most creative, effective, and meaningful ways they use to improve their heart health!

We’ll select a winner that posts the most unique idea and campaign with another $100 Visa Gift Card giveaway! Simply post on this thread or on our page anytime with your ideas, images, and other ways your spread the word about heart health!

The final date to submit ideas is Feb. 29th, so make sure you share your ideas right away!
