April: National Stress Awareness Month

To celebrate National Stress Awareness Month, Federal Occupational Health (FOH) is providing online tips to help employees unwind, de-stress, and recharge through conscious relaxation and meditation.

You can prevent or reduce stress by:

  • Planning ahead
  • Practice good time management
  • Deciding which tasks need to be done
