American Family Care (AFC) Urgent Care, a national leader in urgent care walk-in clinics, is rebranding with a new logo and name change from AFC Doctors Express to AFC Urgent Care. Lower Fairfield County centers are located at 3000 Summer St., Stamford; 607 Main Ave., Norwalk; and 161 Boston Ave., Bridgeport. The Fairfield, Connecticut center at 1918 Black Rock Turnpike launched as AFC Urgent Care last October.
