Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need an appointment?

  1. No, we take walk-in patients until 7:30pm weekdays and 4:30pm on weekends.
  2. But you may save your spot in line and pre-register by clicking on “Save My Spot”. This will save you time when you arrive at our clinic.

2. What insurance do you take?

  1. We take most major insurances, but it is always recommended that you verify with your insurance if we are in network.
  2. We cannot tell you everything over the phone as you must be registered in order for us to verify your insurance.

3. What does a visit cost without insurance?

  1. Our office visit is $160, and any testing or treatments would be additional. For more information visit our Patient Resource page

4. Do you do STD testing and treatment?

  1. Yes, we do STD testing and we do also treat any positives.
  2. Depending on what test you require, each test will have a separate price.

5. Do you do DOT physicals and how much do they cost?

  1. Yes, we do DOT physicals and they cost $100.

6. Can you do Telehealth or Telemedicine appts?

  1. Yes, we conduct Tele Video appts.
  2. Pick that as your reason for visit and you will get a call to confirm your reason for the TeleMed visit. This step is necessary to verify your type of visit can be conducted without an actual office visit.

7. Do you do X-rays?

  1. Yes, we have x-ray on site and can refer you for additional testing if needed.

8. Do you do lab work?

  1. Yes, we offer several in-house tests to help diagnose and treat you as accurately and quickly as possible.
  2. We can also draw labs to be sent to LabCorp for additional testing as needed.

9. Do you do drug screens?

  1. Yes, we offer urine drug screen testing . We can perform rapid in-house tests as well as for employers using Escreen and First Advantage.

10. Do you do Work Comp?

  1. Yes, we frequently see injured workers.

11. Do you do Occupational Medicine?

  1. Yes, we offer a variety of occupational medicine services including physicals, drug screening, vaccines, and lab testing.

12. Do you covid testing?

  1. Yes, we offer same day results.

13. Do you offer Free covid testing?

  1. No, we do not offer Free covid testing

14. Do you do Covid vaccines?

  1. No, we do not

15. Do you do any Immunizations?

  1. Yes, we offer routine immunizations for commercial insurance and self-pay patients. We do not offer State Funded vaccines, like Medicaid.

16. Do you accept Medicaid?

  1. Yes, accept NC Medicaid for Urgent Care visits only.
  2. We do not accept Medicaid Primary Care or Family Planning.

17. How do I get my test results?

  1. Any labs that were sent to LabCorp may take 3-5 days for us to receive results.
  2. Once the Provider reviews your results, one of our clinical staff will call you.
  3. You may also create a LabCorp patient portal for faster viewing.

18. Can I pay my bill online?

  1. Yes, you may click “Pay My Bill” on our web page and it will take you to our online payment portal.
  2. You may also call the office to pay over the phone (919) 899-4000.

19. Do you offer travel vaccines or consultations?

  1. No, we do not.

20. Do you offer TB skin testing?

  1. Yes, we do.
  2. We also offer CXR screening and the blood test TB Gold if needed.
