Are you in need of Routine medical services, but having a hard time getting an appointment with a primary care physician? AFC can help! We’re able to offer physicals, lab tests, and vaccinations. 4. Accepts most insurances excepted for Primary Care, except Medicaid
5. We offer a wide array of medical services including, but not limited to:
   1. General medical care for chronic and acute/sick visits
   2. Wellness visits including Physicals
   3. Asthma, Emphysema/COPD, and other breathing disorders
   4. Management of chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol, Obesity, Thyroid Disorders, and other hormonal issues including Testosterone deficiency
   5. Arthritis and other joint disorders
   6. Weight management
   7. Men’s Health including Testosterone Therapy and Erectile dysfunction
   8. Vaccines, Vitamin B12 and trigger point injections.
   9. Specialist Referrals
   10. For your convenience, we try our best to accommodate your requests to fit your schedule
   11. We have on-site labs, EKGs, and X-rays for your convenience

   Please note we do charge a $30 No-Show Fee for any primary care appointment missed without a minimum of 24-hour notice.

   Therefore, every patient will be required to keep a credit card on file at all times.

Dr. Elena Morgan

Dr. Morgan is a board certified family medicine physician. She trained in family medicine at Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Morgan is passionate about healthy living and she loves to help people feel their best, everyday. Her greatest job satisfaction comes from watching patients achieve health milestones that they thought were beyond their reach.

Dr. Morgan lives in the triangle with her husband and sons. She and her family spend as much time outdoors together as possible as she believes that we feel our best in the sun, snow and wind. She looks forward to getting to know you and caring for your whole family.
