AFC Urgent Care Lyndhurst works with local agencies and their employees to provide occupational health services tailored to specific job requirements, from physical exams and testing to treatment for work-related injuries.

Our clinic is open seven days a week with extended hours, making it easier to receive care around your work schedule. Walk-ins are welcome, so you can get the services you need and return to your responsibilities as quickly as possible.

Occupational Health Hours
Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am-5pm

Workers’ Comp Hours
Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am-5pm

  • A thorough review of medical and family history
  • A complete physical examination to keep you in top shape
  • Respiratory physicals alongside the OSHA Respirator Questionnaire for lung health assurance
  • Hazmat and Fitness for Duty Physicals tailored to the nature of your job
  • A Lipid Panel for a clear picture of your heart health
  • An EKG to monitor heart activity
  • Pulmonary Function Tests to assess lung capacity
  • Vision and Hearing Tests to ensure your senses are at their best

We also offer specialized testing based on the unique requirements of different employers.

To further support your health needs, we provide optional services, including:

  • Diagnostic X-rays
  • PPD Tuberculosis Skin Test for infectious disease screening
  • Porta-count Mask Test for respiratory protection
  • Lead Testing for those exposed to hazardous substances
