Get DirectionsAFC Urgent Care Lakewood provides COVID-19 Antibody Testing and COVID-19 Diagnostic PCR Testing for patients to determine if their body is currently responding to a COVID-19 infection. Antibody tests can help patients determine if they have a limited immunity to COVID-19, if their body is fighting it off infection though there are no symptoms, and if there is a greater-than-expected risk of COVID-19 cases within a community. PCR testing allows patients to detect the active COVID-19 virus when they are still contagious and symptomatic.
If you have any further questions about general COVID-19 testing, policies, or procedures, please contact our team directly.

AFC Urgent Care Lakewood provides immigration physicals for individuals or families applying for green cards, permanent residency or citizenship in the United States. Two appointments will be required for the entire physical to be performed. An immigration physical is required for individuals applying for all forms of residency by the Department of Homeland Security and US Citizen and Immigration Services. The physical will be performed by a USCIS Civil Surgeon and can be scheduled seven days a week.
A list of forms required to bring to your appointment is available here. To learn more about immigration physicals or to schedule an appointment, please call 303-988-3600 today.
Schedule NowHow much does an urgent care visit cost, anyway? ER bills are incredibly expensive, easily eclipsing most urgent care bills.
In an emergency room, the average wait time is 1-2 hours, whereas urgent care wait times are generally much lower.
The emergency room is not only intimidating, but they are extremely time consuming, leaving you exhausted after your visit.
Urgent care clinics offer patients convenient and cost-effective services and care to meet their healthcare needs.
If an injury occurs that requires urgent care, our walk-in clinics are there for you with no appointment necessary.
A majority of our patients require walk-in care and can usually return home faster compared to other medical care options.
Across the country, AFC is growing. In fact, we’ve been ranked by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. We’re proud to serve more than three million patients each year, and with over 250 clinics throughout the United States, we can offer accessible care close to home. With no appointments, short wait times, and in-network providers available with extended hours, it’s no wonder more patients turn to AFC.
At AFC you can expect health care in a warm and caring environment with minimal wait-times. Our teams work to ensure your health and safety is paramount during COVID-19.
Be sure to bring your photo ID, insurance card if required for billing and any medical history you might provide.
