Our urgent care providers want to take care of you where you are most comfortable, in your own home.  With AFC TeleCare, you will have a face to face video visit with our provider who will diagnose, provide advice and prescribe medications as needed.

AFC TeleCare is available every day from 8am to 5pm.

Most insurance companies have agreed to cover the AFC TeleCare visits for the cost of your typical urgent care copay.  For those patients who do not have insurance coverage, we are offering the TeleCare visit for $99. Register for AFC TeleCare today!

What can I be seen for using AFC TeleCare?

We can treat a variety illnesses and injuries.  Including, but not limited to:

  • COVID-19 screening
  • Cough
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Medication refills
  • Minor burns 
  • Minor cuts and scrapes
  • Rashes
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Sinus infections
  • Sore throat
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Vomiting/diarrhea

If you need a physical examination, lab work, x-rays or other procedures you will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resource as needed.

What technology do I need for an AFC TeleCare visit?

A smartphone, tablet or computer with working webcam, speaker and microphone using the latest browser version of Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

Who will be the provider that treats me through AFC TeleCare?

The same providers that staff our center, who you’ve come to know and trust, will be the providers treating you through AFC TeleCare.

Is an AFC TeleCare visit HIPAA compliant and private?

Yes.  All AFC TeleCare calls require 2 factor authentication to access the call, and all call traffic is encrypted on both web and mobile devices.
