The COVID-19 vaccine is now available to eligible groups of people in Massachusetts. Additionally, appointments for the vaccine are only available at AFC Urgent Care West Springfield at this time.
The state of Massachusetts has announced that as of April 19, 2021, all residents 16 years and older are eligible for the vaccine.

However, cancellations do happen, so check back frequently to see if one opens up. Please do not call our center to schedule an appointment.

Q. When is the vaccine coming?
A. The vaccine is currently available for those in Phase 1 and Phase 2 (groups 1 and 2). It was approved by the FDA in late 2020 and will be available to the general public April 19th.
Q. Who is eligible for the vaccine?
A. All Massachusetts residents 16 and older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
Q. What are the policies for seniors?
A. Those 55 and older are eligible to receive the vaccine. To schedule an appointment, use the button above to see time availability. Then, please visit AFC Urgent Care West Springfield at the time of the appointment to receive the vaccine.
Q. Is the vaccine safe?
A. The COVID vaccine is currently the safest and only way to prevent getting COVID-19. Like all other vaccines, it goes through the same approval process and has been approved for public use. For more questions about the vaccine, please contact a medical provider or use resources provided by the CDC.
Q. What do I need to do to get the vaccine?
A. The only thing patients need to do to receive the vaccine is sign up for an appointment and show up at the time of the appointment. We are currently only offering vaccine appointments at AFC Urgent Care West Springfield. The registration button above will be updated when vaccines become available at AFC Springfield.

A. Patients can sign up for the vaccine using the button provided above or the homepage. We are currently only offering vaccines at AFC West Springfield. We serve communities near Springfield, Agawam, Westfield, Holyoke, and other surrounding Massachusetts towns.
