Our urgent care providers want to take care of you where you are most comfortable, in your own home. With AFC TeleCare, you will have a face to face visit with our provider who will evaluate your illness or injury, recommend care and prescribe medications as needed.

More About AFC Telecare
With AFC TeleCare you can have many of your medical concerns addressed virtually by a provider from the comfort of your own home. If you need lab work, x-rays or other procedures you will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resource as needed.
Most insurance plans will cover your telecare visit just as they would a normal office visit and a copay will be due upon booking your visit. If you do not have insurance, we are offering telecare visits for $99/visit.
