At AFC Urgent Care Princess Anne, we’re committed to clear, affordable care with no surprises. For services that are not covered by insurance, we offer straightforward self-pay pricing so you understand your cost before your visit.

Self-pay pricing applies to commonly requested services such as routine office visits, physicals (sports, school, pre-employment, and DOT), TB testing, immunizations, on-site lab work and X-rays. Each service has a set self-pay rate depending on what’s needed during your visit.
