Check In With Our Team – Present your photo ID and insurance card. If we have not seen you before, you will be asked to complete our short registration form.
Triage – After check-in, we will assess your medical complaint and take your vitals.
Medical Exam – You will then be seen by a medical professional who will diagnose and treat your illness or injury. If necessary, x-rays and lab work may be completed.
Aftercare – Once treated, any care supplies or medication will be prescribed and you will receive complete aftercare instructions.
