  • Care At Your Convenience: AFC locations in New Mexico provide Primary Care and are ready to serve your family whenever you need us. Either call to make an appointment or just stop in whenever it’s convenient. You can walk in any time to get Primary Care at AFC locations.
  • Care For Your Entire Family: AFC locations in New Mexico provide care for your entire family. We will see your babies and your children, your parents and your grandparents. We offer urgent care and primary care for all ages.
  • Care Of All Types: The only time we can’t treat you at an AFC location is if you have a life-threatening injury or illness. We offer urgent care for all minor injuries and illnesses. We have our own lab and X-ray for comprehensive care. We even offer your family physicals and wellness checks, and routine vaccinations.
  • Care Includes Labs and X-rays: AFC locations in New Mexico have onsite X-ray capabilities that allow us to take X-rays, review them and diagnose and treat you. We also have an onsite lab for bloodwork and urinalysis, COVID-19, flu and strep testing.

  • Wellness Checkups - Just about everyone should get an annual physical, even if you feel like you’re in good health. Many doctors book up weeks, even months, in advance when it comes to wellness checkups. You can walk into an AFC location anytime!
  • Well Woman Exams - Different from a basic physical because it focuses on the reproductive process. This exam includes a breast exam, pelvic exam, pap smear and contraception and/or hormone therapy counseling.
  • Routine Vaccinations - Vaccinations are the best way to prevent serious, life-threatening health conditions. Routine immunizations protect against various forms of life-threatening diseases and infections. AFC locations in New Mexico offer many common vaccinations.
  • Illness - From COVID-19 to Flu or Strep Throat, we can handle it all! When you or a family member is sick, AFC can help.
