I had a great experience. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. Paperwork was a cinch. The office was clean. In only 10 minutes I was seeing the Dr. The treatment was successful and everything is good. I also liked the fact that I was given an antibiotic injection and they observed me for a few minutes before they let me leave.

I went to AFC Urgent Care for a flu shot. The staff was friendly and I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. That was important as I was on my lunch break. I would definitely go back of the need arose.

I was honestly impressed by the set up of the clinic and the treatment I received on Friday, Jan 30. From the time of clerk asking me to fill the form to the time I left the place, the experience was just wonderful. Dr Norris was excellent with a dry sense of humor. He sutured my wound with expert hands and engaged me in a pleasant conversation. He is a confident and a competent physician, hence a major asset to the clinic. I was seen within 15 minutes of checking. Staff was friendly, physician put me at ease, prescription was emailed to my pharmacy, all a seamless experience. I have been to this office twice and will definitely go again.

My experience was great. I was in and out with out delay. I was able seen promptly for cold flu symptoms. I got prescriptions for what I needed and was able to get back to work fast.

I tried to get in to see my regular family physician for a raging bladder infection and was told that it would be at least another day before my Board-Certified Doctor could see me. I was in excruciating pain and despite my pleas, I was told there was nothing that could be done until the next day. I went on-line and found AFC Urgent Care. I stopped by and was barely finished with the paper-work when I was taken to an examination room and seen by the Board-Certified Doctor. My overall time at AFC Urgent Care was less than a half-hour which is about a third of the time it would have taken me to see my regular Board-Certified Doctor. Kudos to the great service.

I recently visited for a sinus cocktail shot. Board-Certified Doctor checked me out, had bronchitis he gave me a shot and antibiotic. Staff was great, Board-Certified Doctor nice, I will be back and will tell family and friends about you.

Very quick check-in as the forms were as expected and I had on hand the requested information. A nurse saw me in a very short time. After preliminary testing, I saw the Board-Certified Doctor in a very short time. Board-Certified Doctor explained in simple terms that my problem was not what I thought it was but was something that had already corrected itself. I was out in short order while not pain free, the pain went away on its own as I was told it would.

I have nothing but good things to say about AFC Urgent Care. The employees are very professional and kind. The waiting time is minimal. The Board-Certified Doctor I saw knows how to treat the reason for my visit. It is nice to have AFC Urgent Care available since my primary care Board-Certified Doctor probably could not see me until a later time. I used to go to Baptist Minor Medical. It would take a very long time to be seen by a Board-Certified Doctor. I know how to appreciate AFC Urgent Care.

The office was extremely clean and tidy while the staff was very friendly and responsive. It was the best experience I have had so far at a clinic that I did not have to make an appointment at. I would definitely recommend AFC Urgent Care.

I am new to AFC Urgent Care, but it has quickly become my favorite physician's office. I can get in and out in less than an hour, and Board-Certified Doctor are very good at diagnosing the problem and prescribing the proper medications.

As always, the Board-Certified Doctor saw me promptly and treated my condition. The medication was effective. I use this service quite often in addition to my primary care physician and am always satisfied with the quality of care.

I had a good experience. My wife and I were expecting a baby on the 5th of June, and I had a sore throat and needed to know immediately if I had strep throat. My Board-Certified Doctor couldn't see me for a couple of days, and AFC Urgent Care was very convenient and quick about letting me know that I didn't have strep and was not contagious. About 11 hours later, we were on the way to the hospital to deliver the baby.

I thought the staff at AFC Urgent Care were really good. They were pretty friendly and helpful, and also quick and efficient. Dr. Naren Saraswathy was especially helpful, and I'm really glad she helped me with my problems. Overall, I would definitely recommend AFC Urgent Care.

It is nice to have a place like AFC Urgent Care. Your staff is very nice and professional. The Board-Certified Doctor who treated me was competent and professional. The medicine that was given to me cleared the infection. The best part of all of this is the fact that within a two hour period I was seen by a Board-Certified Doctor and already had my prescription filled and was at home.

I fell ill upon arriving to Memphis with a final destination 2 hours away. AFC Urgent Care was the perfect solution. I arrived, was greeted cordially, seen within a very reasonable time frame and was accurately diagnosed and given a prescription in a very expedited manner. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and very accommodating.

I had no wait. Dr. Lee got straight to the problem, and sent us off to the hospital ER. I would go back again if I had another problem.
