What Should I Expect At My Immigration Physical?

At our clinic, immigration physicals are conducted in just one simple visit! During your appointment, you will meet with a Civil Surgeon and undergo a full physical examination. The medical staff and Civil Surgeon will perform the following evaluations during your immigration physical:

• Physical Exam
• Review Of Medical & Immunization History
• Chest X-Ray (If Necessary)

After your visit, you will be able to pick up your sealed packet within 7 days! For your convenience, a copy of the I-693 will be provided to you at no additional cost.

What To Bring To Your Immigration Physical in Centennial, CO
