We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you offer DOT physicals?

Yes! DOT physicals are available on a walk-in basis anytime during our regular hours — no appointment needed. Just be sure to bring a valid driver's license.

Do you have X-ray services on-site?

Yes, we offer on-site X-ray services during all regular business hours.

How do I request my medical records?

Medical records requests are handled by HealthMark. Simply fax your request to 205-578-6090 and they will process it for you.

Who do I contact with billing questions?

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment necessary! We see patients on a walk-in basis anytime during our regular hours.

How do I get my lab results?

Give us a call and we'll check whether your results are in. If they're ready, a member of our medical team will go over them with you.
