AFC Urgent Care in Bridgeport opened March 2014 and is the first center established by Dr. Steven Heffer, Owner/Medical Director. We have a comfortable lounge to wait in, a very friendly and professional staff and state of the art equipment (including digital x-ray and a full lab) to take care of all your urgent care needs.
In December of 2016, our second Bridgeport center opened up, conveniently located at 4200 Main Street. We look forward to continuing to expand on the AFC Urgent Care brand.

Our mission was born out of a desire to change the way urgent health care is delivered in the United States. We believe that urgent care should be provided by highly trained physicians, supported by a well-qualified staff, in comfortable yet modern facilities.
