Acute Injury

Using evidence-based medicine, provide prompt, efficient, and quality medical care to employees who have sustained acute non-urgent work-related injuries.

Repetitive Trauma

Evaluation of cumulative trauma disorders in the workplace emphasizes diagnosis, treatment, and identification of causative ergonomic stressors.

Case

AFC coordinates referrals of injured employees requiring more extensive medical care to other specialty providers by medical management guidelines and expedites recommended treatment and diagnostic testing.

Collaboration with case managers to facilitate medical treatment and a needed referral for physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, durable medical equipment, or any other services required.

Our specialist will work closely with managers/supervisors regarding employees’ work status and outline restrictions on whether a reasonable accommodation can be made.

Manage and provide a comprehensive follow-up evaluation of employees with blood-borne pathogen exposure following CDC guidelines and infectious disease recommendations.

Instant or Rapid drug testing for 5-panel and 10-panel drug screens

Negative rapid results are generally reported 15 minutes after the donor completes the test.

In most cases, all NON-NEGATIVE results are confirmed with laboratory testing, and results are complete within 2-3 working days.

The cost of specimen collection, drug tests, and medical reviews of positive laboratory results are included in the price. There are no additional or hidden fees.

A Certified National Medical Review Officer (MRO) is used for all positive tests. The MRO will reach out to the donor for clarification and confirmation of medications on all positive tests.
