We offer two different ways to receive care at our urgent care center. First, we welcome walk-ins and aim to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Second, we also offer the ability to check-in online to plan your visit in advance. Checking in can save you time as you fill out the registration electronically before your visit. Please note this time is not a scheduled appointment, rather a queue in line.

What is the wait time like?

Although we try to inform you about the estimated wait time after you complete your registration (or estimated wait time provided by the check-in app) your visit time may still be subjected to changes based on patients who have completed their registration before your approval, priority, and severity of patients already being seen. It is our goal to have your visit complete with the highest possible quality and lowest possible time.

How are prescriptions handled?

Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. We send prescriptions directly to the pharmacy. If you have any questions about your prescription or need to check its status, you have to contact the pharmacy.
