American Family Care accepts most insurance plans. Please note that AFC Suffolk does not accept Virginia Health Network (VHN), Molina or Magellan. In order for us to better serve you, please call the clinic directly.

AFC can also file your claim for you; however, any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services must be paid at time of services rendered. We also accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express.
