"While unfamiliar with the Austin area I had to rely on reviews to pick a good urgent care location. This group and this location had the highest reviews. My experience here was exceptional. Convenient location in a nice shopping complex. The entire space looked new, spotless and had spacious comfortable waiting area to give distance between waiting patients. The appointment, paperwork, check in and wait could not have been quicker or smoother. The ladies at front desk warm and welcoming. But the most important aspect would be the health care professionals. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Both my husband and I saw they really genuinely cared about my health and what would be best steps forward. The doctor was patient answering every question and you can tell both she and her RN really really love what they do. Everyone at the office I talked with was so nice and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner. They were very efficient in assessing my issues and explaining everything to me.
