We are open 9am-4pm Monday-Friday for COVID visits and drug/alcohol testing. Due to staffing issues, we currently do not have a provider to treat patients at this time. If you need medical attention, the AFC office in Midlothian at the Wegmans Shopping Center is fully staffed and open 7 days a week including nights and weekends and is available to treat patients.

Understanding COVID-19 Test Results
A negative test means the virus that causes COVID-19 was NOT found in your system.
A positive test means the virus that causes COVID-19 WAS found in your system.
Stay home for at least 14 days.
Keep isolated from other family members.
Rest and monitor your health. Call 911 if you experience trouble breathing or have constant chest pain
Wear a Mask.
Cover your nose and mouth.
Wash Your Hands.
20 seconds with soap and water. Or use a hand sanitizer that contains 60% alcohol.
Keep Your Distance.
Keep two arm-lengths or 6 feet away from those who don’t live with you. Avoid crowds.
We offer a rapid test because they provide highly reliable results on the spot; however, they do produce more false negatives than the RT-PCR COVID-19 Test. Doing both tests is our way of ensuring that you get the most accurate results possible without having to put your life on hold.
We're able to get many patients in and out in a matter of minutes, but the length of time you'll spend in our clinic will depend on wait times that day.
