“We came to this facility bc I had a severe nose bleed. We are not from this area but your staff were wonderful! This wasn’t an ordinary nose bleed but rather a “pouring faucet of blood" which needed to be cauterized. The staff and physician went above and beyond to try and make me comfortable and get the horrific bleeding under control. The office is very clean and everything is wiped down with Clorox wipes. They really care…. The girls at the front counter always have a smile and greet you when you walk thru the door. Another shout out to the nurse/x ray technician, im sorry I forget names easily, but she is amazing and will go over your report with you before you leave and is very patient!  “I was on vacation with my in-laws and 13 of my husband’s relatives I had never met. We were all staying in a rental cabin together. I had a horrible ear infection and was in a lot of pain. I was absolutely miserable. Your office staff, nurse, and doctor were some of the nicest people I’ve met while on vacation. “Oh my goodness, I LOVED my visit to AFC in Sevierville! I am a hospital nurse, and I am accustomed to patients complaining about their long wait and their treatment in our ER. I knew I didn’t want to come to my workplace, so I chose AFC when I felt myself coming down with the flu. It could not have been a better experience. The Nurse was personable and pleasant as he took my vitals. Dr. Yount was so nice, and put me completely at ease. My prescriptions and work note were ready immediately, and I was back on my way home in less than an hour. I was so impressed, and I tell everyone who will listen that they need to go there before coming and spending an entire day in our ER! “The receptionist was sweet, the nurse that took vitals was super comforting and kind, the doctor was a little quiet (my ears were stuffed up too) but seemed very attentive to what I said and she made sure everything she told me was typed out so I didn’t miss anything we talked about. That was the overall nicest doctor visit I have ever experienced myself. I give them a huge A+ and thank them very much for the kind hearts! “The facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly. I take all of my children to this Urgent Care, as well as myself and husband. There is no better clinic around. I recommend this clinic to everyone I pass by that mentions needing to see a doctor. The location is convenient and right across the street from Starbucks so you can get a well deserved coffee on your way home to get your prescriptions. I came in feeling miserable and disheartened after a visit to the UT After Hours clinic in Seymour, where my symptoms were dismissed as allergies.
