Dr. Akshay Gupta

Board Certified Emergency Medicine

MEDICAL EDUCATION: New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. Emergency Medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Bethlehem, PA.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Dr. Gupta has worked in a multitude of emergency settings, ranging from free standing ERs to level 1 trauma centers in both adult and pediatric centers.

FUN FACTS: In his “off time” Dr. Gupta enjoys hiking with his chocolate lab. He is also an avid collector of watches.

Ruth Klebansky, PA

Certified Physician Assistant

MEDICAL EDUCATION: Kean University, Physician Assistant Studies.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Ruth has worked in Urgent Cares as an MA and as a Scribe.

FUN FACTS: Ruth enjoys Hot Yoga, Pickleball, Hiking & doing the NYT Crossword puzzle.

Aujala Mathew, PA

Certified Physician Assistant

MEDICAL EDUCATION: Graduated magna cum laude from the University of Bridgeport Physician Assistant Institute.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Jala began her career as an EMT right here in Eastchester. She then went on to become the senior medical scribe at another urgent care. She now splits her time between the ED, and our urgent care facility.

FUN FACTS: During her free time she enjoys playing tennis and watching “obnoxious” reality TV.
