AFC Natick is a full service urgent care center offering a number of services for most non-life threatening conditions including sprains, sore throats, back pain, and blood work. We provide convenient hours to help accommodate your busy schedule!
Our center is open 363 days a year, 7 days a week. Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 5 pm. A visit to AFC is fast and convenient as well, many times having you in and out of the door in under an hour ? NO appointment or referral necessary!
