Looking for a Booster shot? See qualifications below:

• 65 or older
• Age 18+ who live in a Longterm healthcare setting
• Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions (Cancer, Chronic Kidney Disease, Chronic liver disease, Chronic lung disease, dementia or neurological conditions, Diabetes type 1 or 2, Down syndrome, Heart Conditions, HIV infection, Immunocompromised state, Mental Health issues, Overweight/Obesity, Pregnancy, Sickle cell disease, Smoking (Current or former), Organ transplant recipient, Stroke, Substance Abuse, Tuberculosis).
• Age 18+ who work in high-risk settings (First responders, Healthcare workers, Firefighters, Police, Congregate care staff, Education or daycare workers, food and agricultural workers, manufacturing workers, corrections workers, US postal service workers, public transit workers, grocery store workers.
