It is important to us to that we are able to participate with the Connecticut Affordable Health Care (ACA) plans. Newly insured through the Connecticut ACA exchange? Don’t hesitate to come in. Just make sure you have your health insurance ID card with you.

Here at AFC Urgent Care in Fairfield, we accept most major health insurance plans. If you have questions as to whether your insurance is accepted, please contact us and ask for the billing office. If you are currently uninsured, all patients are eligible for our low self -pay rates.
