AFC Urgent Care at the Colfax Marathon

AFC Urgent Care was proud to support runners and spectators during the Colfax Marathon by hosting a community water station outside our Sloan’s Lake clinic.

We loved connecting with runners, families, and neighbors while helping everyone stay hydrated and energized along the course. Events like the Colfax Marathon are a great way for our team to stay involved in the community and support healthy, active lifestyles across Denver.

2026 Winter Bike to Work Day

Our AFC Urgent Care Denver team was excited to be a stop along the 2026 Winter Bike to Work Day routes across the Mile High City!

This annual event brought together commuters, community partners, and local businesses to celebrate healthy living and sustainable transportation throughout Denver.

Community events like Bike to Work Day are one of our favorite ways to support wellness beyond the clinic walls. It’s a great reminder that staying active plays a big role in overall health—and that our team is here to keep Denver moving safely and feeling its best year-round.

Candy Bash at The Shops at Northfield

Our AFC Urgent Care Denver team had a spooktacular time at the 2025 Candy Bash at The Shops at Northfield! This annual Halloween celebration brought together local families, businesses, and community members for an afternoon full of costumes, candy, and seasonal fun.

Our staff loved meeting so many Denver neighbors, seeing everyone’s creative costumes, and sharing treats with trick-or-treaters of all ages.

Community events like the Candy Bash are one of our favorite ways to stay connected outside the clinic. It’s a chance for our team to give back and remind families that we’re here to keep our community healthy year-round. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our table and said hello!

2025 Walk to End Alzheimer's

We were proud to participate in the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer's, joining thousands of others to raise awareness and stand in solidarity with those affected. This event brings together families, caregivers, and community members who share one goal: a future without Alzheimer's.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who came out to walk, donate, and cheer on participants. Taking part in the Walk to End Alzheimer's is one of the many ways AFC Urgent Care Denver strives to make a difference beyond the clinic walls, supporting not only the health of our patients but the well-being of our entire community.

Our mission to provide accessible, compassionate care also reaches communities around the world. Through our ongoing global outreach efforts, we contribute 5% of all medication sales to support medical missions in Ghana, Zambia, and other underserved regions. These initiatives help deliver essential healthcare services and supplies to those who need them most.
