Peptide Therapy Weight Loss Program Options

When it comes to your weight loss journey, our experienced medical team will assess your individual situation and tailor a comprehensive treatment plan that includes peptide therapy through prescribed medication. At AFC Urgent Care Denver, we provide two different plans for weight loss– visiting the center monthly or visiting every 3 months.

Option 1

If you opt in for monthly visits, the payment plan will include:

• $349.00 for a month of medication. (Semaglutide)
• $500.00 for a month of medication. (Tirzepatide)

With this plan, patients will have weekly nurse visits to recheck current weight and have medications administered. These appointments will be in person due to receiving the injection at time of appointment. Payment is due upon initial consultation.

Option 2

If you opt in for a one-time visit (supply delivered for 3 months), the payment plan will include:

• $900.00 for 3 months of medication. (Semaglutide)
• $1,200.00 for 3 months of medication. (Tirzepatide)

Payment is due upon initial consultation. If needed, patients can opt in for a one-time nurse visit for injection education. Prior to receiving medication, our medical team recommends diagnostic lab testing, which can be done on-site.
