Telecare in Chamblee Brookhaven at AFC Urgent Care
Welcome to our new telemedicine page!
In an effort to minimize the spread of infection, we are now able to provide you with an opportunity to hold a telemedicine video visit with one of our providers. This will allow our providers to facilitate health care virtually without an in-person visit.
If you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms:
TeleCare will be available from Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Patients requiring further care will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resources, as needed.
Most insurance companies have agreed to cover the telemedicine visits for the cost of your typical copay.
