Weight Loss Guide Options

When it comes to your weight loss journey, our experienced medical team will assess your individual situation and tailor a comprehensive treatment plan through prescribed medication. We prescribe compounded GLP-1 agonists with B12 or Nianicimide. At AFC Urgent Care Denver, we provide two different plans for weight loss– visiting the center monthly or visiting every 3 months.

• $160 / month (less than 30 units / week)
• $200 / month (more than 30 units / week)

• $250 / month (45 units or less / week)
• $375 / month (more than 45 units / week)

Membership Details:

• 6-month plan: Early cancellation fee of $200 if cancelled before 3 months.
• Membership includes provider consultations, lab work, and weigh ins.
• Must pay in full.

Choosing the once-a-month plan, patients will have weekly nurse visits to recheck current weight and have medications administered. These appointments will be in person due to receiving the injection at time of appointment. Payment is due upon initial consultation.

Choosing the 3 month plan, patients can opt in for a one-time nurse visit for injection education. Prior to receiving medication, our medical team recommends diagnostic lab testing, which can be done on-site.
