Welcome to our new TeleCare page!

In an effort to minimize the spread of infection, we are now able to provide you with an opportunity to hold a TeleCare video visit with one of our providers. This will allow our providers to facilitate health care virtually without an in-person visit.

TeleCare will be available from 8:15am to 7:30pm, 7 days a week.

Patients requiring further care will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resources, as needed.

Most insurance companies have agreed to cover the TeleCare visits for the cost of your typical copay.
