Covid-19 Testing FAQ

Can I be seen in clinic for COVID-19 testing?

Yes, you may be seen in clinic if you meet the following criteria:

  • You do not have any COVID-19 symptoms
  • You have not had a previous positive COVID-19 test
  • You have not been exposed to anyone that has or had COVID-19

If you do not meet the above criteria, you must register for COVID-19 testing as a telemed patient.

How do I get my test results?

Our clinic receives test result updates hourly. You will receive a phone call with your test result as soon as it is received. We kindly ask that you do not call the clinic for results.

Will my insurance cover my COVID-19 test?

Most insurance companies will cover COVID-19 testing however it’s always best to check with your insurance company prior to scheduling your visit.
