Patient Reviews in Point Loma at AFC Urgent Care

I cannot recommend this Urgent Care enough. I had a very scary allergic reaction and rushed to AFC. The entire staff was extremely friendly, fast to get me checked in, and explained things to me in a calming and understanding manner. Both my PA, Ed, and Doctor Christine Sullivan, were very attentive and helped me feel at ease when I was in a bit of a panic. I know emergency/urgent care experiences can be scary but I’ll definitely be coming back to this one when any other emergencies arise.

I came in for a Covid Test. The ladies up front were very polite and considerate. They had me go wait in a separate room while registering so that I wouldn’t exposed myself to the other patients in the lobby, which was comforting because I felt I was going to give Covid to someone if I stayed in the lobby waiting. The wait time was not long at all. When I got called back, Ed and Kayln were very professional and quick with getting my vitals and specimens for the tests I came in for. Josh, who was the PA, was very informative and polite too! Everyone taking care of me from start to finish were polite and efficient! I felt very well taken care of.

I have visited twice now and I appreciate AFC's wonderful staff and doctors! I know I only need/see you when I'm at my worse, but I really appreciate you all!! Merry Christmas and many blessings to you and your families! Thank you for all you do!! (The congested one) PS- you have the BEST movies playing in the lobby, I want my blanket, tea and popcorn!!
