In an effort to minimize the spread of infection, we are now able to provide you with an opportunity to hold a Telemedicine phone visit with one of our providers. This will allow our providers to facilitate health care virtually without an in-person visit.

If you or someone you know needs medical treatment, but do not want to go into the clinic:

Telemedicine will be available from 8:00am to 5:30pm, 7 days a week.

Patients requiring further care will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resources, as needed.

Most insurance companies have agreed to cover the AFC telemedicine visits for the cost of your typical copay.
